Sessions are held at a small private studio right outside downtown Dunedin! The space is thoroughly sanitized and disinfected after each.

Training Session

$45/50 min ($40/2 or more a week). $10 for each additional person.

As a personal trainer my main goal is to create exciting, fun, challenging, and safe workouts that help you achieve your goals regardless of your fitness level. Your one-on-one session may include weight training, balance, cardio, stretching, foam rolling, and TRX.

Stretch & Roll Session

$45/50 min ($40/2 or more a week). $10 for each additional person.

A full body active recovery workout using TRX, foam rollers, and your own body weight to help relieve muscle tightness, soreness, inflammation, and increase your joint range of motion!

Massage Session

$55/50min

Massage provides natural pain relief from strained muscles, reduces tension in the body and helps improve circulation.
